Account and Data Deletion

DressCubeAI - Last Updated: July 2026

DressCubeAI users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time, whether or not the App is installed.

Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open DressCubeAI and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review and confirm the deletion request.

You may also select Request Personal Data Deletion in Settings if you want to request deletion of personal data while retaining the account where this is technically possible.

Request Deletion Without the App

Email us from, or identify, the email address associated with your DressCubeAI account. State whether you want to delete your entire account or request deletion of particular personal data. We may contact you to verify the request before acting.

What Happens Next

• After verification, we process the request without undue delay.
• Account information, wardrobe photos and item data, outfits, plans, trips, preferences, referral data, and other account-linked personal data are deleted from active systems.
• Limited payment, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may be retained where necessary or required by law.
• Residual copies may briefly remain in encrypted backups or system logs until overwritten through normal retention cycles.

Important: Cancel Your Subscription Separately

Deleting your DressCubeAI account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Google Play or Apple’s App Store. To prevent future renewal charges, cancel the subscription separately through the subscription settings of the store where you purchased it.
